Learning how to have a healthy process to resolve conflict is essential. In the seminar you will be provided with steps and skills to increase your chances of successfully resolving issues.

Bio

Dr. Debbie, and Dr. David McFadden live in Cable, Wisconsin and are both on the board of Crossroads Ministry Center. The McFadden’s started a church in the NW suburbs of Chicago in 1990 and later started a Christian Counseling Practice which rapidly grew to 3 separate office locations and satellite offices in 2 churches.   During the almost 25 years of owning, managing the practice, providing oversight and supervision to a staff of about a dozen full time therapists, they also worked full time seeing clients weekly.
